Order Cancellation Policy

 

1. Cancellation Conditions

You can cancel your order under the following circumstances:

  • If your order is placed within 48 hours and has not been shipped, you can directly cancel the order;

  • If the order has been placed for more than 48 hours or has already been shipped, we cannot directly cancel the order. You will need to wait for the item to be delivered, and then contact us to request a return and refund according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

Please contact our customer service team via email or phone to request the cancellation, and provide your order number, payment proof, and cancellation request;

Our customer service team will process your request promptly. Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will notify you of the result and arrange the refund.

3. Refund Process

Refund Method: The refund will be credited to the same card you used for payment (American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, VISA, etc.);
