1. Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 35 days from the date you receive your product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:
- Product Appearance Issues: Any visible damage, scratches, or defects.
- Quality or Functional Issues: Products that are faulty or do not work as intended.
- Odor or Color Differences: Products with an unusual smell, significant color discrepancy, or other issues.
- Incorrect Items: Products that do not match your order.
- No-Reason Returns/Exchanges: Returns or exchanges for personal preference without specific defects.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.
3. Return & Exchange Procedures
Return Process
- Contact our customer service via email or phone with:
- Order number
- Payment proof
- Reason for return
- Relevant photos or videos
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return address.
- Carefully package the product along with all accessories, materials, and the return label from the original packaging, and send it to the provided address.
- After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed promptly.
Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service via email or phone with:
- Order number
- Payment proof
- Reason for exchange
- Relevant photos or videos
- If approved, we will provide a return address for the product.
- Pack the product with all accessories, materials, and the return label in its original packaging, and return it to the designated address.
- Upon receipt and inspection, if the product qualifies for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item within 1–3 business days.
4. Refunds
- Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, VISA, etc.).
- Processing Time: Refunds usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. If you do not see the refund within this period, please contact us.
5. Shipping Costs
- Returns due to product issues (appearance, defects, odor, color discrepancy, or incorrect items) will have the shipping cost covered by us.
- No-reason returns or exchanges require the customer to cover the shipping cost.

- All products are carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive a product with issues, contact us immediately for support.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the items meet the conditions above and are returned according to the specified procedure.
