Thank you for choosing Deckhomers (hereinafter referred to as "we"). To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please read the following shipping terms carefully.

1. Delivery Area

We currently provide shipping services exclusively within Australia. Delivery to other countries or regions is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders totaling 140 AUD or more (inclusive of 140 AUD) qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders under 140 AUD will incur a flat shipping fee of 6.99 AUD.

3. Order Cut-off and Processing

  • Our business hours are Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time generally takes 1–3 business days and does not include weekends or public holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, your order is expected to arrive within 7–9 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and current order volume.

5. Shipping Carriers

We collaborate with reliable shipping providers to ensure timely and secure delivery:

  • StarTrack

  • Australia Post

  • DHL Express

The carrier for your order will be selected based on the best fit for speed and reliability.

6. Order Tracking

After your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Order number

  • Payment confirmation

  • Shipping carrier information

You can track your order status on our “Track My Order” page by entering your email or phone number along with your order number.

7. Liability and Responsibilities

  • Product Damage or Loss: We take care to ensure all products leave our facility in perfect condition. If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, contact us immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Shipping Modifications or Cancellations: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure your order details are correct before placing it.

  • Delivery Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any additional costs resulting from an inaccurate address will be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Receiving Instructions

When your package arrives:

  • Inspect the packaging and contents carefully.
  • If any damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
  • If issues are discovered after signing, contact our customer service immediately for assistance.
